AI Marketing Department

An AI CMO and five specialist agents investigate a marketing problem together, working from a shared client brain. One coordinated set of priorities. A human team makes the call.

HOW THE AI DEPARTMENT WORKS

The department starts with six roles, with AI CMO included from day one.

The CMO coordinates the work, compares specialist views and reports back to the agency owner.

AI CMO coordinates five specialists: Performance, Growth, Creative, Content and Lifecycle, and SEO/AEO. They share a client brain, with a human account team reviewing the output and deciding what moves forward.

Career Scout Daily

Scans LinkedIn and Seek daily for newly surfaced roles, checks them against my experience and practical requirements, and sends a shortlist worth reading. Poor fits are rejected before they reach me.
