Soon Coming is Andre Robertson’s founder-led studio. This page explains how information is handled when you visit the website or get in touch.

When you contact me

The enquiry form collects your name, email address and what you are trying to solve. If you email directly, your email address and the information in your message are received. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and for related business communication.

Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Website measurement

Soon Coming uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website usage and performance, including pages viewed, interactions, device and browser information, and approximate location where provided by Google Analytics. Google Analytics loads when you visit the website and may use cookies and similar technology. Enquiry field contents are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.

Google may process analytics information on Soon Coming’s behalf. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Service providers

The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting, Resend for contact-form email delivery, Google Workspace for email, and Google Analytics for website measurement. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers may process information such as IP addresses and browser details when delivering their services.

Limited request information is also used temporarily to help prevent form abuse. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Storage and security

Enquiries are held in email and relevant business records. Service providers may retain operational and delivery records. Enquiries are not published on this website.

Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Information is kept for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, related business communication and applicable record-keeping needs.

Overseas processing

Service providers may process or store information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. Information is not necessarily stored only in Australia.

Access, corrections and questions

To ask about your information, request access or a correction, or raise a privacy concern, email andre@sooncoming.studio. I may need to confirm your identity before providing or changing personal information.
